These photo series were created as a way of visualizing scent through various images. The photos represent what our immediate reactions and connotations with these scents are. By constantly sniffing the scent, one builds a general understanding of what he/she may envision and is thus able to use their surrounding and the camera as a method of quickly representing it.

This exploration started during my bachelor thesis “non.scents” and is still used today to perceive its environment in a completely different way.
